Quick Take: Baidu.com, China’s leading search engine is looking at increasing its consumer base, and take a bigger lead from google. It just moved into a strategic tie-up to provide search services to China Telecom’s 3G base. Google is working out a similar partnership with China Mobile, which is far bigger than China Telecom.
